Dear Maude Moore Wood Elementary Families,

Killeen ISD would like to share an important update regarding campus leadership for the upcoming school year. We are pleased to announce that Rikki Harper will serve as the next principal of Maude Moore Wood Elementary.

Ms. Harper brings a wide range of experience, including roles as a classroom teacher, dyslexia teacher, interventionist, instructional specialist, and assistant principal at Skipcha Elementary. Her work has focused on supporting both students and teachers.

She is known for being thoughtful in her decisions and for strengthening instruction across the campus. That focus will support continued growth at Maude Moore Wood.
